As a result of the experience in the field of unconventional materials design, each product made in BeonD is conceived to minimize the mass and maximize the structural and passive safety performance, ensuring to meet the most demanding international safety standards (FMVSS, ECE, GBT,JIS).
We constantly invest in research and development, so we can offer a Battery Management System (BMS) characterized by an active/predictive control able to communicate remotely and in real time with an external software, and promptly control performance and terms of use of the battery pack.
In this way we are able to follow the entire process, from the characterization of the electrochemical cell, until the creation of a prototype of a battery pack that includes module and structural case, safety and electrical system, cooling system and control unit.
BeonD can manage the entire development and homologation process, in accordance with the european and international regulations (ECE-R100, ANSI/CAN/UL 2272, GB 38031-2020, UN 38.3).
