For CAD services BeonD is able to provide CAD design to be combined with the skills of structures, vehicle dynamic, mechanical performance and manufacturability. BeonD is specialized in CAS and CAD services on innovative and unconventional automotive systems, the extreme flexibility allows us to offer to the customer a complete and competitive service.
Composite Material FEA
BeonD is specialized in the FEM analysis for composite materials aimed at virtually validating structures and structural components to loads imposed. BeonD with its Partner could do also dynamic simulation and crash simulation of composite material structure. BeonD have the experience to manage composite material applications from the design to the production technologies, taking from laboratory test, virtual simulation validation and test, sub-system test and vehicle test done in past activity (Background experience).
Aero-Design and CFD
BeonD provides services using industry-leading CAE simulation software. BeonD in particular is specialized in virtual simulations and analysis of external and internal aerodynamics, finalized to optimize the surfaces and profiles, with the aim of improving efficiency and drag coefficient.
